It would be an honor to be your doula.
We offer a variety of options to fit with different families’ needs. Please reach out to us with any questions or to discuss other payment options including insurance. We are open to setting up payment plans and offer reduced fees for families in need. Our services can also be gifted to someone and included on a gift registry.

Free Consultation
We offer a complimentary virtual meeting, usually lasting between 20-30 minutes. This gives us a chance to briefly chat to see if we’re a good fit. At this time Tiffani can answer any initial questions you or your support person may have. Contact us to schedule a meeting.
Prenatal Visits for Birth Clients
For birth clients, there will be two prenatal visits, beginning two months before your due date. Each visit will last one to two hours. During these visits, your doula will meet with you and your family in your home to get to know one another, go over your birth plan, discuss comfort measures, and address any questions or thoughts you have about your upcoming birth. (Prenatal visits are not substitutes for a birthing class. I recommend attending an out-of-hospital birth class.)
Labor and Birth
Your doula will be with you during labor and childbirth, offering emotional and physical support as needed.
Prenatal Visit for Postpartum Clients
For postpartum clients, we will have a prenatal visit about a month before your due date, which usually lasts one to two hours. Your doula will meet with you and your family in your home to create a postpartum plan. During this visit we will go over your questions and concerns and discuss how we can create the environment you desire. We will make sure you are prepared for your recovery and also see that you are prepared with everything you need for baby. This will be a good time to go over any questions or thoughts that you have about postpartum recovery.
Postpartum Doula Services
Our postpartum services include daytime or nighttime home visits immediately following birth or returning home. As a postpartum doula, our role is to support you during the recovery and adjustment time. Our services include (but not limited to) helping with breastfeeding, helping you learn how to care for your newborn and how to read your baby’s cues. During a visit your doula might sit and listen and help you process feelings, do a load of dishes, and care for your baby so you can get some rest. Each visit is unique.
Tiffani was an absolute treasure and a blessing to our family. I had a somewhat challenging delivery and immediate postpartum recovery, and I felt so incredibly lucky to have Tiffani as my postpartum doula after we came home with our new little bundle. She made my immediate postpartum period so much more easeful; I felt like I could relax and rest knowing that she was there to support me and my kiddo. She not only helped us with little tasks that were hard for us to find time for, like folding laundry and doing some dishes, but she was also absolutely incredible with our baby. We felt like we could rest easy knowing that she was there to support him while we recharged. I can’t imagine trusting someone else more with my little guy than I did her. She also helped me feel more confident as a new mom and led me on a path of learning to trust my instincts and let go of the fear that is so often instilled in new moms these days. If we have another child, we will absolutely be reaching out to her again. I recommend her with my whole heart! Initial Consultation

Daytime Postpartum Packages
Daytime Welcome Home
- Package includes six 4-hour daytime visits to be used in the first two weeks after birth.
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is due to hold the space on my calendar. The remaining balance is due by 37 weeks gestation or before work begins.
- Contracts can be extended only upon availability.
Daytime Care
- Package includes three weeks with three 4-hour daytime visits, beginning the day after you come home from your birth location, or the following Monday if you come home on a weekend.
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is due to hold the space on my calendar. The retainer will be applied to the last half of the contract.
- Contracts can be extended only upon availability.
Tapered Daytime Care
- Package includes six weeks with 4-hour daytime shifts, tapering down the number of days per week—the first two weeks are 4 days/week; the next two weeks are 3 days/week; the final two weeks are 1 day/week, beginning the day after you come home from your birth location, or the following Monday if you come home on a weekend.
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is due to hold the space on my calendar. The retainer will be applied to the last half of the contract.
- Contracts can be extended only upon availability.
Deluxe Daytime Care
- Package includes six weeks with 4-hour daytime shifts—five days a week beginning the day after you come home from your birth location, or the following Monday if you come home on a weekend.
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is due to hold the space on my calendar. The retainer will be applied to the last half of the contract.
- Contracts can be extended only upon availability.
Nighttime Postpartum Packages
Nighttime Welcome Home
- Package includes three 8-hour overnight visits to be used in the first two weeks after birth.
- Hours are from 10pm-6am.

Create Your Own Package
- If you are interested in something different than one of my existing packages, please contact me to discuss creating a custom package.
- Rates range between $45-$65/hour depending on the doula, with 4-hour daytime shifts and 8-hour nighttime shifts.
- No less than 16 hours can be contracted.
- There is a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold the space on my calendar.
- Contracts for under two weeks or less than four visits must be paid in full by 37 weeks gestation or prior to work beginning.
- Contracts can be extended only upon availability.
